Here is what I created using the new Another Year Older stamp set and our Flag Dies.

The balloon is from a new set of Stitch Up files over at SVG Cutting Files. I really wanted to make this an over the hill type themed card so thats why I used a lot of black and gold. 

I embossed the sentiment in gold embossing powder on the flag die.
