New (to me) Technique's

Ok so I tried three new techniques on this card!! First is that I used my spellbinders and cut the flower out of felt! I added a felt brad to the middle.
Second technique (again new to me) was inking with the spellbinders. After I cut and embossed my cuts, I kept the spellbinder template on and inked the insides alittle. When I removed the template it left my cuts with the light outline.
Third technique, I used tulle for the bow. Simple I know but again, new to me :)
The leaves and pot are cut from Walk in my Garden. I used a stamp that says "Thanks" and stamped it on the pot. Thanks for looking and enjoy!!

Bunco Score pads!!

Bunco score pads! So it was my month to host Bunco and well I had to do it up "Paper Crafts" style :) Last year I made bunco pads as well and they are pretty tore up now so I decided to make new ones!! All the bunco gals love them.
The dice are from Indie Art. I used my bind it all and 3/4 inch o-wires to bind it.

I also made tags for the gifts.. Here is a look at those. I used the end caps option on Plantain Schoolbook. Didn't dress them up to much though..

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge # 21 - Smile

Happy National Smile Week!! In honor of National Smile Week, Fantabulous Cricut decided to challenge our fans to make a project and incorporate the word "Smile".

I've been in the Halloween mood lately so I decided to make a Halloween card. I was browsing my carts for pumpkins and came across this cutie on Create a Critter (of course!!). "Smile" Is also cut from Create a critter. I also used my Drippy Goo Martha Stewart border punch. Love that punch! I actually bought it at the end of Halloween season last year because I saw so many great projects with it and this is the first time I've used it.

Thanks for joining me this week! Make sure to check out all the other Fantabulous Projects over at Fantabulous Cricut!

Custom Bridal Shower Favors & Notebook

I received an order for some custom favors and a custom notebook for a bridal shower. The theme of the shower is "Around The House" and the theme colors are red and black.
This is the notebook that I made for the shower. It has 40 white blank pages inside for people to write their messages to the bride to be on. This house is cut from Create a Critter at about 5 1/2 inches. I used my crop-a-dile and an O ring to hold all the pages together.
Now on to the favors.. skittle sticks!! My husband actually stuffed all the skittles for me :) I used the same house from Create a Critter on here and then printed the words "Home Sweet Home" off my computer and used a SU punch. I also used two huge circle punches for the black and red circles.
Here is a close up..

Sorry I have been so lazy blogging lately!! More creations coming soon! I always post pictures to my facebook page and sometimes forget to blog about them as well :)
