Balloon Birthday Cards

Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a good week.

I dont know about you, but I am always in need of Birthday cards! I needed a guy Birthday card this week and decided to make a second one to have on stock.

From Jaded Blossom I used our Border Dies 2 to create the balloons, Label Shape Dies, Spring Word Dies, Card Mat Dies and So Many Birthdays.

My husband and I went on an Alaska Cruise out of Seattle earlier this year and I've been slowly trying to scrapbook some photos. This was our night in seattle before the cruise left. We went to Pike Place Market and then to a Mariners Game. For my project today I made a 8x8 inch layout using the new Fortune Cookie stamp set. From Jaded Blossom I also used the Rectangle Dies 2, Scallop Rectangle Dies 2, Label Dies, Happy Hello, 50 States, 50 States Add On, Spring Dies, Border Dies 2

Here is what I made using the new Happy Hello add on. I decided to make a cute little Frankenstein! The sports dies worked perfectly for his stitch mark on his forehead. Here is what I made! My husband LOVES chocolate covered espresso beans so I got him some and made him this cute little treat holder. The adorable pig is from SVG Cutting Files. I added some mud to the pig using a pearl pen.

Along with the new Border Dies 2 and Kawaii Sentiments 2, I used Jaded Blossom's Scallop Caddy Die. 

Here is a close up. I used the cloud border die for the mud on the bottom and to create my background.

Here is a look at how i created my background. I used the flag dies as a stencil and inked a little above them. I started at the bottom and worked my way up.
