Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge

Happy Sunday! It's Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge day!

This months challenge is Anything Thanksgiving or Thankful / Thank you.

I decided to make a card using the Autumn Leaves and Paint Splatter stamp set.

I also used Jaded Blossom's Card Mat Dies, Mini Tag Dies 2 and Let's Talk Turkey. Here is a close up of the tag... 

And here is a close up of the leaves and paint splatters. I also added some sequins.

Tombow Blog Hop

The theme for this hop is Fall! I don't know about you but everytime I think Fall I think Thanksgiving, especially since its so close!! So I decided to create this cute little Turkey Box which is new from SVG Cutting Files.

Here is a side view. I used Tombow's 3D Foam Tabs to pop the turkeys head off the base. I also used it on the back of the mini tag that is attached to the front of the turkey box.

The sentiment and the turkey images are from Jaded Blossom's Lets Talk Turkey.

I used Tombow's Glue Runner to glue all the tail feathers to the box and to glue the box together.

I created a treat box like this because I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Tombow Fastener Tabs and I really wanted to use them on my project. I think these are the BEST and so easy to use! The tabs are what keeps the turkeys head down and all the candy secured inside. 

I used Tombow's Groovy and Jelly Bean Dual Brush Pen collections to color my turkeys. For the cheeks, I used Tombow's Irojiten color pencil "Plastic Pink" and OMG it worked PERFECTLY! I will never use chalk ink again! It was so much easier to use and I had total control over how much pink was used for the cheeks.

Of course I had to add a little rumple ribbon from Lovebug Creations!

And here is a close up of the sentiment. Its stamped on the Jaded Blossom Mini tag Die. I heat embossed it with a chocolate brown embossing glitter.

And here is a picture of all the amazing Tombow Products I used. Of course I recommend it all but the Fastener Tabs and the Plastic Pink Irojiten pencil are my favorite things!! Seriously, you gotta get this pencil for cheeks!!

Let's Talk Turkey!

Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday! So excited for the newest SVG's coming out this week from SVG Cutting Files! This cute turkey leg is from a new set called Kawaii Dinner and its sooo cute! 

I made some little treat bags, I will be passing these out at Thanksgiving. 

I used Jaded Blossom's Fancy Topper Dies, 3x4 Bags, Flag Die, Thanksgiving Candies an Let's Talk Turkey.

Here is a close up! I also added a Trendy Twine bow at the bottom!

Now for my project! I am soooo excited to bring you the latest and greatest from SVG Cutting Files. Everyone, meet Stitch Ups! These are new images that you can stitch using twine! How awesome is that? I used a Corn one on my project today! 

I stamped "You're Corny" from Let's Talk Turkey on the Flag Die

Here is a close up of the Stitch Up and my sentiment. 

Now for the awesome patterned paper! I used Echo Park Dots & Stripes paper. The candy images fit PERFECTLY inside the white dots and then I just colored them all. I used this technique a couple month ago. Check out my original post for directions.
