Here is what I made using the new Bubbly stamp set. Love this new set! From Jaded Blossom I also used our Card Mat Dies, Goody Bag Dies, Card Layer Dies 2, Star Dies

I water color splattered the background with gold and silver water colors. I also watercolored the star. I then added clear embossing powder over the star and over the bottle to make it stand out.
