Watercolor Birthday Cards

Happy Thursday! I was in need of a few birthday cards so I decided to whip some up and share them with you. 

I watercolored some random backgrounds then used my rectangle dies to cut some backgrounds. 

Then I used different dies to create my layout. I added a heart on top of my coffee mug die, an idea I stole from Tina :) 

From Jaded Blossom I used Rectangle dies, Scallop Rectangle Dies, card mat dies, flag dies, heart dies, birthday dies, coffee dies, and spring dies 2.

Stamp sets I used are Supersized Birthday Greetings and Coffee Break.

Jaded Blossom Stamp Release Blog Hop

Hey Everyone! 

Welcome to Jaded Blossom's January 2017 Release Blog Hop.

Here is what I made: Have I told you how much I LOVE LOVE these new heart dies? For my project I only used Heart Dies 1. I also used Candy Gram, Cupid Airlines, Alphabet Dies, Mini Tag Dies 2, Card Mat Dies and Border Dies 

All the paper- hearts and backgrounds were created using my water colors. I love all the options these new heart dies give you. I watercolored backgrounds then cut out various hearts in different sizes. I think took white paper and lightly splattered that with watercolors that matched my hearts. Then I stamped and layered my hearts :)

Here is what I created using the new Sweeter than Candy stamp set. From Jaded Blossom I also used  our Fancy Topper Die, Heart Dies 1, Heart Dies 2, Clear Purses

I just LOVE these heart dies!! For my glittery heart I cut it out on red paper and then used my versamark embossing pad and inked the whole thing, then added my red glitter embossing powder over the top and heat embossed it.
