Here is what I created... a cute little gift for a friends birthday! It includes alcohol, I mean come on.. who doesn't want alcohol on their birthday?! Haha

Here is a close up of the balloons that I made! I used the circle dies along with the balloon die from Birthday Dies to create my fun 3d balloons. I pop dotted each layer.

I also used mini tag dies 2 and sweet birthday wishes stamp set. The mini vodkas are in a gusset bag. I added scallops to the gusset bag insert using the border dies.
