Party Animal

Hi Everyone! Happy Tuesday! 

Today is my day over at SVG Cutting Files!

The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Birthday Candies. Its attached to some Ocean Blue Rumple Ribbon from Lovebug Creations. I also put it on a Candy Charm from Jaded Blossom.
