Happy Birthday to a DEER Friend

Happy Thursday! I'm so excited to share this cute little card with you.  I created the card base in Silhouette Studio from a tag! Although I've done this thousands of times on my Gypsy this was the first time in Silhouette studio and it was awesome and easy at the same time! This little deer is also cut from Silhouette Studio on my Cameo. 


Twine is from the Twinery, and the butterflies were a martha stewart punch. 

All of you who are on the fence on getting a Cameo.... do it! I still love my cricut but the cameo cuts sooo much better. For example if I would of cut this deer out on the cricut I would still of had to pull out all those little circles on the deer because they would still be hanging on a little bit. I thought that was normal. Nope it's not! And look closely at those little circles on the deer.. they are cut soooo clean!! No jagged edges.. no paper frays!! Ok thats my rant on the Cricut vs. Cameo. :)

    This is adorable. I love it. I also love how well it was cut-- my cricut tends to leave the little extra hanging bits...uh oh...wish money grew on trees :)

    Love your card! I wish that Silhouette had done as good a job at marketing their machines as Provo Craft did because I'd probably have a Silhouette instead of a Cricut. I've heard nothing but good things about Silhouette cutters and I love the idea of the Print and Cut ability! The one thing I really love about my Cricut is that I have Art Philosophy and a bunch of stamp sets that coordinate with it.
